Course enrolment is super easy, here’s a quick overview:

Your course – whether it’s an Online course or Trainer-Led course – and your exam are both conducted fully online.

Enrol online and make payment by EFT, Credit Card or Purchase Order.

Payment is due at the time of enrolment and covers your course materials, a first exam attempt, one exam retake, and your certification.

Your enrolment is confirmed once payment is received and once you have provided all the required information requested.

Upon being accepted into the course, you gain full access within 24 hours and can start using the training materials and platform provided.

From now, you access 100s of pages of information, plus a suite of practical examples, and exercises and quizzes to support your learning.

Complete your course and study for your exam. Contact us if you have any questions.

Once you have completed your training, enter the exam at your most convenient date, time, and location via PECB Exams.

After successfully passing the exam, you can apply for the relevant certification. For some training, there are credential options you may apply for.

Once you comply with all the requirements related to the credential you selected, you receive your certificate. Congratulations!

If you fail your first attempt at the exam, you’re eligible to retake it for free within 12 months of your initial attempt. Remember, the fee you paid at the start includes a first exam attempt and one retake. After this second attempt, additional retake fees apply.
