How enrolment works
Our courses are developed by experienced practitioners and aligned to internationally recognised standards. Here is exactly what happens from enquiry to certificate.

Your course — whether self-paced or trainer-led — and your exam are both conducted fully online.

Enrol online and pay by EFT, credit card or purchase order.

Payment is due at enrolment and covers your course materials, a first exam attempt, one exam retake and your certification.

Your enrolment is confirmed once payment is received and you have provided the required information.

Once accepted, you gain full access within 24 hours and can start using the training materials and platform.

You then have access to hundreds of pages of material, plus practical examples, exercises and quizzes.

Work through the course and prepare for your exam. Contact us at any point if you have questions.

When you are ready, sit the exam at a date and time that suits you via PECB Exams.

After passing, apply for the relevant certification. Some courses offer several credential options.

Once you meet the requirements for your chosen credential, your certificate is issued.

If you do not pass first time, you can retake the exam free within 12 months. Further attempts attract a fee.
