Enthdegree Business Systems (ABN 23 121 310 674) provides professional training and certification services. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Enthdegree Business Systems.

What we collect

  • your organisation and role;
  • the courses you enquire about or enrol in;
  • payment details, processed by our payment provider rather than stored by us;
  • records relating to your training, assessment and certification.

How we use it

We use personal information to:

  • respond to your enquiries;
  • process enrolments and payments;
  • deliver training and administer exams and certification;
  • meet our obligations to certification bodies such as PECB;
  • send you information about your course, and about other training where you have consented.

Disclosure

We may disclose personal information to PECB and other certification bodies where necessary to register you for an exam or issue a credential, and to service providers who help us operate our business. Some of these providers may store information outside Australia.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Complaints

If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles, contact us using the details above and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
