Disruption as the starting assumption
This course is built around the assumption that disruption to business operations is inevitable: cyber incidents, natural disasters, regulatory shifts and geopolitical tension all in play at once. The skill being taught is preparing for that reality rather than trying to prevent every possible cause.
Where it sits alongside business continuity
Operational resilience takes a service-centred view (what must keep working, regardless of cause), which complements rather than replaces a continuity or disaster recovery plan. Many organisations run this alongside their existing ISO 22301 programme.

Coordinating a response and embedding lessons learned into the strategy.

Written exam delivered online through PECB Exams.
