ISO 9001 · Lead Implementer

ISO 9001 Lead Implementer: Quality Management System

What makes Lead Implementer training different

Foundation-level training explains what ISO 9001 says. Lead Implementer training teaches you to build the thing. You work through scoping decisions, process design and the documentation a certification body will actually ask to see.

By the end you should be able to walk into an organisation with no formal quality system and lead it to a certification-ready state.

Planning a team through this

If you are enrolling several people who need different depths of knowledge, some leading the implementation and others just contributing to it, talk to us about structuring a programme rather than putting everyone through the same course.
